Before You Begin

Streaming video requires a stable, high-speed internet connection to avoid freezing and buffering. If you experience buffering, it may be a result of your internet download speeds, the load on your internet service, or the performance of your streaming device.

If you experience performance issues, check your internet download speed. Identify if there is excessive use on your network by other devices. Determine if your browser has too many tabs working, and refresh.
