Adverse Events Part 8

Oftentimes adverse events occur suddenly. The patient and family may want to know what has occurred before all the facts are known. If an adverse event occurred without the physician yet knowing all contributing facts, isn’t it fair to both the physician and patient to first find out? Yes, of course.
